Because of the vision of Ralph Martin, J.D., and his overwhelming passion to motivate those who have a background similar to his own, Mr. Martin established RKRM Consulting Inc., to serve ex-offenders, at-risk youth, incarcerated individuals and their families, and businesses. Through various programs, articles and speeches, Mr. Martin’s message has reached behind prison walls, work release centers and communities.  In 1996, Mr. Martin felt he had a duty to help inmates who were returning home to their communities from county jails, and State and Federal prisons.

RKRM has a variety of services that formerly incarcerated people can utilize upon release.  Those services include but are not limited to employment, education, mentoring, and restoration of civil rights.  By addressing and providing resources in these key areas, RKRM hopes to aid and empower those formerly incarcerated to achieve successful reentry and a new lifestyle free of crime.

While the demand is high, RKRM steadfastly feels that providing solutions to the many barriers our clients face, we can reduce the rate of recidivism, build back the integrity of our families and make our communities a safer place for our future generations to live.
